MEMBER OF A DEMOCRAT-LED COALITION CHARGED WITH VOTER FRAUD

Rep. Gabriell LeDoux [R] faces 18 counts of first- and second-degree voter misconduct and unlawful interference of voting.

Rep. Gabrielle LeDoux, an original member of the “Musk Ox Coalition,” is accused by the Department of Law of felonies relating to ballot tampering in the 2014 and 2018 elections. Her former chief of staff, Lisa Simpson and Simpson’s adult son, Caden Vaught, are also facing charges. LeDoux of House District 15 conspired to register voters, Simpson and Vaught, who are not eligible to vote in District 15.

ALASKA HAS MORE REGISTERED VOTERS THAN ELIGIBLE RESIDENTS

AK has over 100% of registered voters on its voter rolls. AK has a registration rate of 113% and is trying to push for a mail-in election because of COVID-19. The inflated voter registration rolls will lead to unsecured ballots being mailed out before the election. AK’s voter list maintenance process can take two federal elections before a voter is deemed inactive.

VOTE BY MAIL WILL IMPACT ALASKA NATIVE VOTERS ABILITY TO VOTE

Delays in receiving mail-ballots to Alaska Native voters could prevent voting.

More than 1 in 5 American Indian and Alaska Native voters live on reservations and do not have an official street address. A lack of polling places also increases the travel time to submit a voted ballot to an official polling station. The remoteness of these reservations slows mail delivery time and can increase by 2-3 weeks. Some villages rely on air services for mail, and inclement weather could cause flights to be canceled.

CITIES ALLOWED TO USE HACKABLE 20-YEAR OLD VOTING SYSTEM

Outdated and already hacked system allowed to be used in the state despite huge security issues.

The Division of Elections transitioned to a new voting system in 2020, Dominion Voting Systems “Democracy Suite 5.5B.”

The State of Alaska paid $4.4M to replace their old voting equipment (including D-Suite 5.5B and ImageCast Precint Scanners) but it allows municipalities to still use the old system (which includes Accu-Vote Optical Scans).

This old voting equipment can be hacked by anyone with physical access and can be easily compromised.

ALASKA VOTERS CONFIDENTIAL DATA EXPOSED ON THE DARK WEB

SSN, DOB, DLN and many other pieces of confidential information from the state have been exposed by hackers multiple times.

Many hackers have been able to expose personal information from citizens in Alaska. One of the worst occurred on Election Day 2016 by infamous “CyberZeist”. In 2018, another hacker compromised the entirty of Alaskas voter’s database.

Confidential information such as SSN, DOB and DLN are pre-requisites to access a voters information online, making it possible to update information, change party affiliation or simply remove them as a registered voter.
