NEBRASKA USES OUTDATED VOTING EQUIPMENT
Nebraska renewed its 14-year old voting equipment but continues to be outdated
The State of Nebraska updated in 2020 its 14-year old voting equipment in their 93 counties. However, the new system, which isn’t specified, uses end-of-life software. A specific printer addressed in Lancaster’s County 2020 contract with ES&S leads to the conclusion that Nebraska is using EVS 5.0.0.0 (or a modification). This system uses Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2, which are no longer supported by Microsoft and are highly vulnerable to attack.

VOTER’S PARTY AFFILIATION OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
Nebraska’s online voter profile is easily accessible
The State of Nebraska provides an online application to check voter’s status. Requisites to access voter’s profile are first and last name, and County of registration. By submitting these, anyone can obtain voter’s party affiliation.
VILLAGE LIMIT LINES COULD HAVE LEAD TO VOTER FRAUD
In a race decided by one vote a complaint is filed that alleges illegal voting
The Saunders County Attorney’s Office filed a complaint against Rochelle Buhrman for illegal voting. Buhrman’s driveway is within Leshara Village limits, but her home is outside those limits leaving the court to decided whether Buhrman and her husband had the right to vote on the Leshara Village Board election in 2018. John Behler, who complained to Saunders County Clerk, lost the village board election by one vote.
