16 PEOPLE CONVICTED OF VOTER FRAUD SINCE 2010
Ten of these convictions were for duplicate voting; five of those were in 2019
Duplicate voting is registering in multiple locations and voting in the same election in more than one jurisdiction or state. A conviction for duplicate voting is the most common charge in the state of New Hampshire; other convictions were for fraudulent use of absentee ballots and false registrations.

NEW HAMPSHIRE USING TWO DECADES OLD VOTING MACHINES
All counties in NH are using voting systems no longer manufactured
Voting equipment used in NH is AccuVote OS of Dominion and Prime III of One4All. Those voting machines are not certified by EAC. AccuVote Optical Scans are no longer manufactured and 20-year old, highly insecure and susceptible to internal software bugs and external attacks. Furthermore, it uses the long-discontinued Windows XP OS, which doesn’t receive security patches as it’s no longer supported by Microsoft.

NH LACKS POST-ELECTION AUDITING
Non-auditing by law leaves voter fraud unchallenged
There is no mandated post-election audit in NH. Manual recount can be requested under petition and for a fee for a limited time. Audits are widely viewed as a simple way to instill confidence in elections by verifying the accuracy of the outcome.
