COUNCILMEN IN PATERSON COUNTY CHARGED WITH MAIL-IN VOTER FRAUD
Two councilmen and two men linked to their campaigns were charged with voter fraud
Paterson City Councilman Michael Jackson, Councilman-elect Alex Mendez, Shelim Khalique, and Abu Razyen were charged with fraud in casting a mail-in vote and unauthorized possession of ballots. Other charges include election fraud, tampering with public records, falsifying or tampering with records, and false registration or transfer. Mendez, who won the municipal election, has been barred by the court from taking office because of the charges. The investigation was conducted by prosecutors and detectives in the Office of Public Integrity & Accountability Corruption Bureau.

24 PEOPLE HAVE FACED CHARGES OF ABSENTEE VOTER FRAUD SINCE 2009
Nine people have been convicted of fraudulent use of absentee ballots; the remaining 15 were admitted into a diversion program.
The fraudulent use of absentee ballots consists of requesting absentee ballots and voting without the knowledge of the actual voter, obtaining the absentee ballot from a voter, filling it in directly, and forging the voter’s signature or illegally telling the voter whom to vote for. According to a U.S Department of Justice study, over the past decade, the New Jersey District Court ranked 13th among the 93 U.S. attorneys’ offices nationwide for public corruption convictions, this includes fraudulent use of absentee ballots.

NEW JERSEY USING EASILY HACKABLE VOTING MACHINES
NJ 16-year old voting machines can be hacked in less than 10 minutes
The vast majority of NJ Counties utilize an old and long discontinued DRE voting machine called ‘AVC Advantage’ from former Sequoia, now Dominion Voting Systems. Experts showed and convinced a NJ court that AVC Advantage were in fact vulnerable and insecure. These vulnerabilities, combined with the lack of an auditable paper trail, make it too insecure as hacking could be done without evidence.

NJ VOTER DATABASE SOLD IN HACKING FORUMS
Voter’s personal information was made public in 2017
NJ 2017 voter’s database was leaked and sold to anyone in hack forums. The database contained private data such as physical addresses and phone numbers, as well as, names, genders, DOB and citizen status.
