WIFE OF CITY COUNCILMAN IS CONVICTED OF VOTER FRAUD

The wife of an Espanola City Councilman was found guilty on five counts of felony voter fraud

A Rio Arriba County jury found Laura Seeds, the wife of Espanola City Councilman Robert Seeds, guilty of five counts of felony voter fraud. She was found guilty of two counts of unlawful possession of an absentee ballot, two counts of making false statements to the municipal election code, and one count of conspiracy to violate the election code. Seeds was facing seven years in prison but was sentenced to six months of house arrest and five years of supervised probation.

NEW MEXICO VOTING SYSTEM COMPONENTS ARE HIDDEN FROM PUBLIC SCRUTINY

NM utilizes an exclusive voting system not federally certified and is hidden.

New Mexico’s voting system is uniform state-wide: Dominion Voting Systems Democracy Suite 5.4, software that includes a certified ranked-choice voting (RCV) module. Although approved by NM SOS on September 27, 2017, it isn’t certified by EAC and its hardware and software components are unknown.

The State of New Mexico provides an online application for users to check their voting status. This application requires a voter’s name and last name, DOB and County of registration. By submitting those, any user can then access a voter’s physical address, party affiliation and vote history among others.
