NEW YORK NEW VOTING MACHINES DOMINION ICE QUESTIONED
Dominion ICE uses barcodes, making it impossible to verify who they voted for
NY certified voting machines are Dominion ImageCast Evolution 4.14.5 (Dominion ICE), ES&S DS200 and ES&S Automark. There has been intense criticism about the Dominion ICE machine because of various design flaws. In March 2019, the NY State Board of Elections requested a reexamination of the Dominion ICE in light of security concerns. Furthermore, Dominion ICE uses a barcode to summarize voter’s selections, voters have no way of knowing if those barcodes accurately reflect the candidates for whom they voted. Finally, Automark is a 20-year old machine that is no longer sold, lacks important security features and is less reliable than current models.

NEW YORK VOTER’S DATABASE SOLD ON HACKING FORUMS
A hacker claimed to have accessed NY state servers
In December 2015, voter’s database for many states were leaked online and shared huge amounts of private citizen information. NY voter’s database included 15 million voters. In October 2018, a hacker gained access to the state's official SSH / SFTP servers to download voters information. Some data was crowdfunded by users and some was obtained by the hacker alone. NY voter’s compromised data included: Voter Names, DOB, unique voter identification numbers, addresses, townships or wards, precincts and voting history.

COUPLE PLEDS GUILTY TO ELECTION FRAUD
The charges forced their resignations from their political positions
A town official in Oswego County, Cheryl Holmes, resigned from her position after pleading guilty to election fraud. Her husband, Leslie Holmes, also pled guilty to election fraud; the couple also had to step down from their roles on the Granby Republican Committee. As part of an agreement with prosecutors, they had to promise to cease political activity while they are on probation.

LACK OF PREPARATION CAUSES 84,000 TO BE INVALIDATED
A lawsuit was filed to get votes counted even if they were not postmarked on 6/23
Twenty-one percent of the total mail-in ballots were not counted or invalidated, around 30,000 of those were from Brooklyn. The primary issue was that envelopes with pre-paid postage were not postmarked at all. A lawsuit was filed, and a Manhattan judge ordered that ballots received by June 25 be counted to reverse the disenfranchisement of voters.
